Intelligence Electric Actuated Ball Valve FLE-1200MT-Q941F—16C

Fleyenda FLE series intelligent electric actuator combined with Q941F flanged ball valve forms a compact rotary control unit for 0°–90° quarter-turn applications. Powered by AC24V/110V/220V/380V or DC24V, it supports 4–20mA and 0–10V control signals for on/off and proportional regulation. The actuator features non-intrusive infrared setting, LCD display, RS485 communication, built-in positioner, torque limiter, thermal protection, manual override, and IP67 protection, ensuring reliable and safe operation.

The matched soft-seated stainless steel floating ball valve (PN16) offers low flow resistance, fast 90° opening and closing, compact structure, and lightweight design. It is suitable for water, steam, oil, gas, chemical and other industrial media, and is widely used in petroleum, chemical, power, metallurgy, water treatment, food processing, and building automation systems.

1.Actuator Overview

FLE series electric actuator is used to control valves of 0° to 90° rotation and other similar products, such as butterfly valves, ball valves, dampers, plug valves, louver valves, etc.
The actuator uses AC24V, 110V, 220V, 380V AC power supply and the DC24V DC power supply as the driving power sources, and the actuator uses 4-20mA current signal or the 0-10V DC voltage signals as the control signal.
The actuator can switch on, switch off and regulate the valve by the remote control, site control, and bus type centralized control.
It can be non-invasive set by the infrared remote controller, and the valve operation parameter and working status can be clearly and intuitively monitored on the spot. It can be monitored remotely with the monitoring room through the RS485 industrial bus and signal output connection.
It can be widely used in petroleum, chemical, electric power, metallurgy, pharmaceutical, paper making, energy, water treatment, shipbuilding, textile, food processing, building automation and other sites.
Meanwhile, it is featured by advantages of small size, lightweight, exquisite appearance, unique and compact structure, quick switching on and off, easy to install, small operating torque, easy to operate, digital display position, no maintenance and safe and convenient use.

7.1 Parameter setting and debugging 
7.1.1 The actuator has two parameter settings and debugging methods,
Namely operation panel key operation and infrared remote control operation
Without opening the cover.
The infrared remote control operation is more suitable for explosion-proof
Dangerous situations. 
7.1.2 Valve operation and debugging data are stored in the control module
memory, and the user can check all the function parameters in the LCD
Window by the keys operation. 
7.1.3 All parameters must be set while the valve is stopped

It depends on the torque of actuator.

Our regular electric actuator can't be resettable automatically while power-off.
But it can go to the multiturn electric actuator model with the extra electrical storage device along,
which acheieve the valves can be automatic reset(normally closed) while power failure.

It can be working for 99 hours continually without getting heating.
