The outer layer of the Fleyenda anti-static UPE suction and discharge chemical hose is made of EPDM rubber, and the inner layer is lined with UPE containing conductive carbon black. It is reinforced with high-strength synthetic fibers and two spiral steel wires. It features wear resistance, pressure resistance, corrosion resistance, and anti-static properties. It is suitable for working environments ranging from -40°C to 100°C and can withstand a working pressure of 10Bar.

Applications: food, chemicals, lithium batteries, raw materials for pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, inks, and more.

Hose structure:
Inner: black conductive UPE (ultra high molecular weight polyethylene)
Reinforcement Layer: multi-layer high-strength fiber braiding, built-in 2 spiral steel wire reinforcements and conductive copper wires
Outer: Green or black corrugated EPDM synthetic rubber, good resistance to oxidation and wear.

Applications:
Can meet the transportation needs of 98% of chemicals, solvents, and corrosive liquids. It can be used for extraction, and its corrugated design makes it more flexible with a smaller bending radius.
