The Z41 flange rigid JIS gate valve uses a wedge-shaped gate as the opening and closing part. It is mainly used to connect and cut off the pipeline medium, and is not suitable for regulating the flow of the medium. Adopting a rising stem structure, the valve stem and gate plate rise and fall simultaneously during the opening process. When the gate valve is fully open, it is equivalent to a pipeline, with small flow resistance, simple structure and reliable use. It can achieve two-way sealing, the force required for switching is smaller than that of the stop valve, and the medium erosion has less impact on the sealing surface. Gate valves have a wide range of applicable pressures, temperatures and diameters, and are especially suitable for medium and large diameter pipelines.
It is widely used in oil, water vapor and other pipelines in petroleum, chemical industry, thermal power plants, etc.
